Located on the beautiful Arkansas River, the Numbers (Class IV/V) has steep, rocky, technical rapids for the adventure seeker. This section is filled with continuous rapids, requiring lots of paddling. Impressive views of the Collegiate Peaks towering over 14,000 feet above sea level will also catch your eye. In addition, you will find seven distinct rapids numbered 1-7.
An incredible adventure for the whitewater enthusiast and for experienced rafters looking for a physical challenge!
This trip departs from our office near Buena Vista, CO, which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Glenwood Springs, up and over the beautiful Independence Pass. Although it is a bit longer drive, this section of river is well worth it!
