York Engineering – Rafting Trip

Join us for a rafting trip on the Colorado River, through the Shoshone Rapids.

Monday, July 31th

Located in spectacular Glenwood Canyon, this beautiful, pristine stretch of water offers unbelievable Rocky Mountain scenery and a perfect mix of calm water and whitewater.  This trip includes Class III whitewater and requires no previous rafting experience, the rapids are exciting but not intimidating.  Interesting geology, gorgeous scenery, and some fun whitewater! There are also opportunities to take a dip and swim!

Lunch will be provided during the float.

Anyone looking for a calmer float, can sit out the first two miles, and join the trip down stream.  This is no big deal, and can be decided on the day of the trip when you meet your guide.
