Glenwood Springs River Equipment Rentals

Location

You will pick up your river rental from our Glenwood Adventure Company location, in Glenwood Springs.  There is a large parking lot, and plenty of room to pull in with bigger vehicles or trailers.

Equipment Pickup & Return

You may pick up your rental anytime after the time in your confirmation email.  Equipment may be available to pick up the night before, after 5:00 PM, at no additional charge.  Please call ahead to see if your equipment is ready and available if you would like to pick it up the night before.

For all Ducky, Raft, & SUP rentals, a waiver will be need to be completed by all participants before receiving the equipment.  These waivers can be completed online ahead of time, and a link was emailed to you at the time of booking.  You can always complete the waivers in person, but each person will need to be present before the equipment is given out.

Equipment will need to be returned before closing time.  Late returns are not allowed, however, upon request it may be possible to return the equipment early the next morning if needed.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.   If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate based on availability.
