Pick Up and Return Procedures

Pickup

Our pick up and return procedures are simple, all equipment needs to be picked up between 8:00am and 10:30am.  Gear that is not picked up by 10:30am will be restocked, and a full day rental will be charged.

Return

All equipment must be dropped off between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.  For a $25 fee, an after hours 30 minute return window can be scheduled.  This after hours window can be anytime before 10:00pm.

Please be sure equipment is returned clean and dried.  For items returned excessively wet or dirty, a cleaning fee of either $25 or a full day rental rate, whichever is less, will be applied.
